The Purpose of the clinic is to provide an introduction to the world of Soccer for young aspiring players. The clinic is open to young players aged 10-15 years old, who are looking to improve their all round game. Players will be split into 2 groups:
• U10’s & 11’s
• U12-U15’s
This programme gives an insight into what it takes to make it as a professional player. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text el_class=”summer-leagues-page”]Throughout the clinic players will take part in structured sessions with different themes, covering every aspect of the game. Each theme will then be put into a game related situation to enable maximum progression. Throughout the clinic we will educate the players about nutrition, the importance of a healthy lifestyle, psychology and training methods during 30 minute theory sessions. Players will also be given an introduction to coaching and have the opportunity to coach their team mates, providing an opportunity to see the game from the eyes of a coach.

All players will take part in a coaching session led by ex A- league defender Kristian Rees.

Kristian represented Adelaide Utd, Wellington Pheonix and Gold Coast United during an illustrious playing career. Players will be given the opportunity to gain advice from Kristian during a Q&A session.

In addition, players will undertake a 30 minute SAQ (Speed and Quickness) session where they will be taught drills that will help their speed both on and off the ball during game situations.[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text el_class=”summer-leagues-page”]

13.00 – 13.30 1v1 & 2v2’s
13.30 – 14.00 Competitions & small sided matches
