Our breakfast clubs provide a positive & active start to the day ensuring your child is awake and alert ready for a productive day in the classroom.
Each session will take place before school and be made up of the following 3 components:
- Play Based warm up working on motor skills which will help improve flexibility, balance, awareness + speed.
- Technique practice – A new technique will be introduced each week to ensure the children are learning & progressing in whichever sport they are participating
- Game Play – This is the FUN part, time to put the technique work to practice in a fun game / competition among the group
All abilities are welcome.
Groups will be split according to age & ability.
